Victory Conditions can be set by the faction leaders at the start of a campaign. For each faction there is a set of unique victory conditions, but a maximum of 15 can be chosen for each faction in a campaign. Only the victory conditions of the player's faction are visible.

The Scenarios mode has unique victory conditions for each scenario.
