Map Fertilizer

This mod changes the graphical look of the Hearts of Iron 3 map. It includes:

new and changed textures for terrain.
oceans with topographic look, showing depth, in all map modes both zoomed in and out.
improved map modes when zoomed out (slight topographic look showing height and more). Smoother look all round, in all map modes except standard and weather.
and several other minor graphical tweaks to the look of the map...
